DEKEJIE enforces strict requirements for product quality, monitoring each procedure from material selection to processing finished blades and we try our best to make each doctor blade excellent.

We only use German ZAPP steel which meets the requirements of a wide range of authoritative third party institutions such as SGC and TUV as material. ZAPP steel has high hardness, good durability, small grain size and excellent linearity, which gives the doctor blade a long lifespan. The durability and precision of these blades makes sure they can remove excess ink efficiently.

DEKEJIE will inspect all doctor blades before delivery. We will inspect the relevant documents of material, such as incoming inspection sheet and bill, and the appearance of the material. We will only start producing products after confirming them.

After finishing production, we will inspect the appearance, size, hardness and edge angle of the doctor blades. If products are qualified, we will put them in storage, if they are not qualified, we will rework the products.
