- Change doctor blade with serious wear immediately.
- Take apart the doctor blade holder to clean and clean the ink off of the doctor blade and top plate carefully and completely.

- Due to good durability, steel doctor blades are usually installed at the opposite location and at an angle of 30°~40°.
- The angle and pressure of doctor blade is up to the air cylinder.
- The long term operation of flexor printing press will quicken the wear of blade. The right installation of blade is also important for printing.
