The DEKEJIE factory is outfitted with a honing machine, automatic chamfering machine, automatic polishing machine, grinder and coating production line. WE have more than thirty machines, nine automatic production lines and can produce more than 50000 boxes of doctor blades every year.

• DEKEJIE has honing machines with five, four or three grinding heads and can use a grinding wheel to hone metal sheet to reach the required levelness.
• The automatic chamfering machine with four grinding heads can change its grinding head by moving the grinding head up and down to achieve rough grinding and precision grinding as well as smoothing the doctor blade surface.
• The polishing machine can eliminate the granule of the blade surface to make the surface glossier and reduce surface friction.
• The grinder can change the size, shape and edge angle of the doctor blade to meet customer requirements.
• The metal coating production line coats the doctor blade to improve the lifespan and durability of doctor blade.

The doctor blade production line carries out various processes, such as deflashing, honing, and polishing and some special production operations. These production lines can be combined to produce doctor blades and can also work independently. If the doctor blades need be resistant to corrosion, some special machines are necessary.
